Demonstrate ability for rapport and empathy with the concerns, needs, and issues of low-income, first-generation students. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
High school graduate or equivalent required. Some college or specialized training preferred. One (1) year related experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Demonstrates a high degree of creativity, energy, and enthusiasm. Must be punctual and dependable and maintain professional boundaries and uphold program policies. Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
High school graduate or equivalent required, additional education will be recognized. Four (4) years related experience preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement. Must pass and maintain a current DOT physical, along with pre-employment and annual MVR checks and drug testing.
